👀 View Only Users

View Only users do not have the ability to save any changes they have made to reports or dashboards, but they are able to:

• Access any existing report or dashboard in relation to the Global, Team, and Job Access Roles they have been given
• Configure their home page for easy access to any report or dashboard
• Export dashboards as PDFs
• Export data from individual reports
• Receive notifications via ‣
• Use dashboard filters to adjust reporting results as needed

🌎 Global User Roles

Limited Access

Limited Access users do not have any data access. They must be granted a user role that provides access to data, or their reports and dashboards will be empty.

Elevated Access

Elevated Access users must be granted an Access Role for a team, a specific job, or the entire organization to allow them elevated access to Ashby.

Organization Admin

Organization Admins are automatically granted access to all teams and non-confidential jobs. **Team Access Roles can be used to narrow down access to jobs in specific teams or Job Access Roles to explicitly grant access to confidential jobs.
