The Days in Current Stage Group field, which counts the number of days since a candidate’s application has moved to their most recent stage within a stage group, enables a variety of reporting. You’ll review creating the example report shown below, where you can see active candidates segmented by how long they’ve been in each stage group. In this example an insight is found showing the hiring manager stage group contains a disproportionate volume of slow-moving candidates.
