A candidate’s profile can be deleted or anonymized if they aren’t being actively considered for any jobs. If the candidate is still being considered for a role, they will need to be archived on all job considerations before they can be deleted or anonymized.

When a candidate is anonymized, an activity will be added to their profile with a timestamp of the date and time they were anonymized.
When you initially delete a candidate, it’s treated as a soft deletion. You can restore candidates or fast track a permanent deletion via the Restore Deletions page. If the candidate is not restored after ten days, then they will be permanently deleted. The date of permanent deletion is listed on the Restore Deletions page.
