Ashby supports the ability to send candidate experience surveys to applicants at any stage of the hiring process. Users can create and customize any number of surveys and configure rules for how and when to collect them from candidates. You can then analyze the results of these surveys to make your recruitment process more effective.

Step 1. Set up your survey

You can set up candidate experience surveys in the Admin Section of the app.

You can create new surveys and edit their questions in the Admin Section of the app.  You can also configure Automation Settings to set up rules to automatically schedule emails with links to the surveys.

Add questions to your survey

Candidate experience surveys ****can be configured to have many of the standard question types (e.g. short answer, multiple-choice, etc.), but also include a couple of new types:

Configure your survey submission mode

Candidate experience surveys can be anonymized on the Settings tab of a survey. Anonymized surveys can view by visiting Reports>Candidate Experience Surveys. Submissions that aren’t anonymized can be viewed both on the Candidate Experience Surveys page and on the Candidate Profile on the Forms tab.

You choose your Survey Submission Mode in the Admin Section of the app.
