Ashby’s Candidate search option will allow you to specify filters and pull a list of candidates that meet that criteria, then take bulk action on them if needed. You can also easily save and pin a candidate search to your home page (like any report) so you can access it quickly in the future.

You can create a candidate search by heading to Candidates, then Search in the top navigation bar.

You can also create a candidate search by heading to Reports and Build. Candidate searches are listed as a custom type of report here.

Basic Filters

When it comes to setting the criteria for your candidate search, Ashby has basic filters. These are the most commonly used filters. Basic filters are enabled when the Advanced toggle is switched off.
