To access your core dashboards, head to Reports, then to *Core Dashboards.* We have six ready-made dashboards providing instant insights across all your recruiting activities in Ashby.
Executive Dashboard: A high-level overview, providing on hires, offer acceptance rate, all currently open roles and interview frequency.
Jobs Dashboard: Reports on your open and closed jobs, time to hire and open and filled openings.
Sourcing Dashboard: Track your sequences and sourced candidates here.
Interview Dashboard: Track data like your upcoming and completed reviews, your feedback completion rate and overall feedback scores here. Note: You will need to set up a grouped interview plan to view this dashboard. More on this at What is a grouped interview plan?
Offers Dashboard: Track your offer acceptance rate, reasons why a candidate declined an offer, the overall average time to offer by both department and recruiter.
CRM Summary Dashboard: Track how many candidates are being added each week, how many candidates are in the Active stages of a job’s pipeline, how many leads are not being considered for a job currently and your weekly archive volume.
