Diversity Surveys Overview

Ashby supports the ability to collect diversity surveys from applicants on jobs, or at any stage of the hiring process. Users can create and customize any number of surveys and configure rules for how and when to collect them from candidates. You can then analyze the results of these surveys to measure performance against your DEI goals.

See the table below for more information on the access roles that have the ability to set up surveys in Ashby and who can send out a survey.

1. Set up your surveys

You can set up diversity surveys in the Admin Section of the app.

You can create new surveys and edit their questions in the Admin Section of the app.  You can also configure which Jobs Pages to collect the surveys from and configure Automation Settings to create rules to automatically schedule emails with links to the surveys.

You can report on the questions in a diversity survey in our standard reports. The fields will be available for grouping under Job Consideration β†’ Diversity Survey
