EEOC Surveys Overview

Ashby supports the ability to collect EEOC surveys from applicants on jobs pages or at any stage of the hiring process. Users can configure rules for how and when to collect them from candidates. You can then analyze the results of these surveys to measure performance against your DEI goals.

1. Setup EEOC surveys

You can set up EEOC surveys in the Admin Section of the app.

2. Collecting Surveys

EEOC surveys can be collected in three different ways:

• Collecting on the application tab of each job - You can set up a filter to describe which jobs pages a survey should be collected on. Toggle for more details.
• Directly Requesting Surveys - You can directly request a survey from the candidate profile under the More dropdown. Toggle for more details.
• Setting Up Automation Rules - You can set up automation rules so that you don’t need to directly request surveys from candidates manually. Toggle for more details.

3. View results

Reporting and analysis

You can report on the questions in a EEOC survey in our standard reports. The fields will be available for grouping under Job Consideration → EEOC Survey
