This feature allows you to create global application questions that are displayed below your application form on the job postings that meet the criteria you set. You can also set auto-reject rules that will automatically archive candidates based on their answers to your global application questions.

This gives you the option to configure application questions and auto-reject rules across many job postings, so any company-wide or department-specific questions can be linked to job postings quickly.

Configuring Global Application Questions

To configure global application questions, head to Admin > Jobs & Applications > Global Application Questions. Click + New to add a question. You’ll then be asked to pick a question field type. You can pick from the following:

1. Short Answer Single line of unformatted text. LinkedIn url responses will be auto-populated on the candidate's profile.
2. Long Unformatted Answer Multiple lines of unformatted text
3. Phone Only domestic or international phone numbers
4. Email Only valid email addresses
5. Multiple Choice Select a single option
6. Checkboxes Select multiple options
7. Date Only dates that can be selected via a date picker
8. Yes/No Yes, no, or, if not required, no answer
9. Number Only allows whole numbers (e.g. 1) or decimals (e.g. 1.5)
10. File Upload a single file
