Greenhouse integration setup

Your Greenhouse integration configuration can be found in your admin section by navigating to Admin > Integrations > Greenhouse. To complete your initial Greenhouse integration setup you will need to

• Create a Harvest API key and enter it in Ashby
• Confirm your custom subdomain
• Setup Greenhouse web hook events

1. Harvest API Key: enter your harvest API key here to kick off your initial data sync
2. Custom Subdomain: input your custom subdomain to enable linking directly to candidate profiles from Ashby
3. Sync Status: review your current sync status to ensure regular operation
4. Last sync time: review the last time your data sync updated

Harvest API key & sync status

First, you should create a Greenhouse API Key. You can do that yourself through the admin section in Greenhouse. These are the steps:

• Go to API Credential Management in Greenhouse
• Create a Harvest type API key and grant permissions for all "GET" endpoints

Once you have created your API key you can add it to Ashby:

• Go to https://app.ashbyhq.com and sign in with Google - you should be able to sign in with your G Suite account
