Step 1: Head over to the Hatchways integration settings page in the Ashby integration marketplace and click on the +Create API key for Hatchways to create a new Ashby API key**.** Copy the key generated because this will need to be provided to Hatchways.
Step 2: Configure a Candidate Application Changed Stage webhook at https://app.ashbyhq.com/admin/api/webhooks. This will let Hatchways know when a candidate should be sent an assessment. The Request URL will be provided by Hatchways, but you’ll generate the Secret Token, which you’ll provide to Hatchways.

That’s it! You’ve now integrated Hatchways with Ashby 🎉
The assessment is automatically initialized in Hatchways when a candidate is moved to the interview plan stage(s) you’ve set for the integration. The candidate receives an email to start the assessments directly from Hatchways.
As the candidate works through the assessment, updates will be provided as notes on the candidate profile page. Once they’ve completed the assessment, a link to the results will be added as a note on the candidate profile page.
