<aside> 💡 An Ashby Org Admin will need to enable the integration in the Marketplace. No specific Hired plan is required to integrate with Ashby.

Integration Overview

Once set up, you can pull in job requisitions directly from Ashby, so you don’t have to recreate them on Hired. They will also be easily recognizable to other team members.

Additionally, we'll automatically add candidates from Hired to Ashby once a candidate responds to an interview request, saving you from having to upload individual profiles. Finally, once a job is linked to a Hired position, any changes to a candidate's stage in your ATS will also be reflected on Hired.

Enabling the integration

1. Create an API key for the Hired integration by going to the Hired integration settings page in the Ashby Marketplace. From here, click on the +Create API key for Hired button and copy the key created.

1. Log in to Hired and at the top right, hover over your name and choose “Integrations”. Then, click on the “Connect” button for the Ashby integration.
2. After clicking “Next”, paste the API key created in Ashby and click on “Connect”.
3. You’re all set! 🎉
