<aside> 💡 When you enable the Internal Job Board option, admins and hiring managers can post roles on a job board that can only be accessed by your employees. Employees will need to be logged into Ashby to be able to access the job board.

Internal Job Boards are available on the following plans:

You can enable the internal job board option on the *Internal Job Board* page in Admin. Once enabled, you can click the ‘Share’ button to copy the link to your internal job board. This link can then be shared with your employees so they can log in and view internal roles.
When creating your job posting for the role in question, you can click the drop-down menu for Job Boards in the Basic Info tab. From here, you can post your job to your external job board, your internal job board, or both using the checkboxes.
Be sure to check the ‘List on External Job Board’ and/or ‘List on Internal Job Board’ check boxes if you’d like the postings to be listed.
Employees will be able to access the internal job board via a shared link or from their Home page once the internal job board option is enabled.
The internal job board has a similar layout to the external job board but logos and Top and Bottom Descriptions set up on the *Theme (Job Board)* page will not be displayed. Job Post Description Opening and Closing text will still be shown when clicking on each job posting. Jobs can still be filtered by Department, Location and Employment Type.
