Interviewer pools overview

Previously known as Interviewer Tags, this feature re-introduces them as Interviewer Pools to group and manage interviewers based on their qualifications. Interviewer Pools can be used independently on in conjunction with Interviewer Training , which is a part of the Advanced Scheduling Add On.

Create interviewer pools

To create a pool navigate to Interviewer Pools in admin. Click + New in the top right corner and give the pool a name.

Add employees to poolss

From the interviewer pools page, + Add Interviewers and select an employee from the from

From the employee profile, select the pool from the dropdown on the Interviewer Info tab.

Use interviewer pools in schedule templates

When setting up schedule templates, you can use pools as filtering criteria to select interviewers.
