The Naukri integration in Ashby allows you to post jobs seamlessly on Naukri, one of India's leading job portals. This guide will walk you through the setup and usage of the integration. Access to this integration is available to all Ashby customers. Naukri requires a subscription to post jobs.

Enabling the Integration

Before enabling the integration, please get in touch with your Naukri point of contact to request your teamโ€™s API key.

  1. Log in to Ashby
  2. Navigate to Admin and search for Naukri.
  3. Click on the Naukri integration
  4. Click Enable.
  5. Enter the API Key provided by the Naukri team.
  6. Optionally, add a Default Industry that will apply to all Naukri job postings. This setting can be overridden at the job posting level.
  7. The integration is now enabled.

Create a job template with Naukri Configuration

See Job Templates for more details on creating job templates. This optional step will save your team time on configuring Naukri required fields.

  1. Navigate to Jobs Admin > Job Templates.
  2. Click Create New Template.
  3. On the job posting, click the Naukri tab
  4. Optionally, predefined Naukri required fields:
    1. Distribute To
    2. Job Type
    3. Industry
    4. Show Salary (Yes/No)
    5. Currency (INR/USD)
    6. Minimum and Maximum Salary
    7. Minimum and Maximum Work Experience

Note: Salary and Experience have range limitations defined by Naukri. These are built into these fields and can not be adjusted.

Posting a Job to Naukri

  1. Navigate to Jobs Admin > Jobs.
  2. Click Create Job and select your template. The Naukri-specific fields will be automatically pre-filled
  3. To publish a job to Naukri, go to Actions > Publish
