The first step in setting up offers is creating custom fields in the Custom Fields section of Offers in Admin. Once set up, offer custom fields will populate the Offer Details form associated with the Offer activity type. Responses to this form will replace the token placeholders used in Offer Letter Templates.
There are two default tokens - {{CANDIDATE_NAME}}
and {{JOB_TITLE}}
. Please note Offer fields and Candidate fields are not currently interchangeable. You'll need to create separate fields for both, even if it's the same information.
You also have the option to sync fields from your employee management system using the Rippling or BambooHR integrations (let us know if you'd like access at [email protected]).
