Creating Email Sequences

To get started with sequences, you first need to create a sequence template. The sequence feature can be accessed via Sourcing > Sequences. From here, you can create and edit multi-stage templates with customizable tokens that are used to contact prospective candidates in the Ashby app or the Chrome extension.

To create a new email sequence, go to Sourcing > Sequences in the top navigation bar **then hit + New. ******This will open a new sequence editor where you can add and personalize multiple emails that make up a sequence.

From here, you’ll be asked to give your sequence a title, determine access (whether it’s a shared or personal) and also link the sequence to a job (more about this in Sequence Linking).

Once you hit Create Sequence, you’ll then be taken to the template editor so you can set up your stages.
