A high-quality careers page is one of your team's best avenues for sourcing candidates. Ashby provides a beautiful, responsive job board you can customize with your company's brand assets. You can host and link to all of your jobs here, or you can use the Ashby API or job board embedding to host jobs on your existing website.
In this step, you will customize your Ashby job board by adding company logos, colors, and custom messaging.

To get started, navigate to Admin→Organization Settings→Theme (Job Board). This theme page applies styling and logos to any public-facing pages Ashby generates include your job board and direct booking landing pages.
<aside> 🗣 In the Identity section, you can update your job board slug, organization name, and link to your public website.

If you change your job board slug ensure there are no spaces. We recommend using hyphens to separate words if necessary.
Please note: Amending your job board slug when jobs are already posted to external job boards (e.g LinkedIn) will cause issues with redirecting candidates until the job boards have updated the postings to match the new job board link. This can take around 24 hours to update.
