How to sign in to Ashby

To sign into Ashby, head to https://app.ashbyhq.com/signin and select the preferred sign in option.

You don’t set a password for your Ashby account, you can instead log in via the following options.

1. Sign in with Google: Sign in using your Google account.

2. Sign in with Microsoft: Sign in using your Microsoft account

3. Sign in with a magic link: An email will be sent to your email address containing a link that you can click to sign in. 4. Sign in with SSO: If your company has SSO set up with Ashby, click this option to sign in.

<aside> 💡 If you are a user on multiple Ashby accounts, you’ll be asked to select an account on the following page before being taken to Ashby.

To switch between accounts in Ashby, hover over your name and icon in the top-right corner. From there, other accounts you have access to will be listed under the Sign Out option.

Troubleshooting Tips

<aside> 💡 Here are some steps you can take if you’re running into issues signing in to Ashby.

• If you run into any errors when signing in, try logging in with a magic link if this wasn’t the initial option chosen. The email with your magic link should come from WorkOS. Try checking your Spam or Trash folders if you don’t receive an email within a few minutes.
• Try to log into Ashby via another browser. It could be that an extension on your current browser is getting in the way of you signing in, or that your browser needs to be updated.
• Reach out to an Organization Admin on your account to confirm that you are listed on the Employees page as an active user. If your account has been deactivated, the Organization Admin can head to ‘Actions’ on your profile and click ‘Activate’ to re-activate your account.
• If the login issues continue, please reach out to [email protected] so we can investigate this further. If you could include the browsers you’ve tried logging in with, along with any extensions you’re using (these can be found at chrome://extensions/) and a screen recording or screenshots of errors you’re seeing, we can investigate this further for you!
