With the AI Generated Feedback Summary token, you can automatically create short, context-aware feedback summaries in non-sequence emails (like rejections, status updates, or next steps). This fits within the context of the surrounding email content, so works both for rejections and for feedback that you may want to give mid-interview loop.
You'll see a preview of the generated feedback based on submitted scores and notes and will need to approve it by checking the check mark to add it to the email. The summary can be re-generated by clicking the Regenerate icon or deleted by clicking the trash can icon. You will not be able to send the email out to the candidate without approving or deleting the generated summary.
