👋 Introduction: Stage Groups

Active Applications by Stage Group & Department.png

Ashby permits the definition of key interview milestones which we call stage groups, where each group is a collection of individual interview stages. You can create, name, and adjust the order of your stage groups as needed and map your individual interview plan stages into the appropriate group. Once done, any interview plans with different stages that map to the same overall stage of progress can be reported on conveniently to produce results across various jobs, departments or groupings in aggregate.

🧱 Set up Stage Groups

For Ashby Analytics customers you can configure your stage groups by navigating to Admin > Data Mapping > Grouped Interview Plan. Note that you have the ability to select whether the stage group is shown in the funnel and passthrough tables by default.

You can add, remove, or re-order stage groups at any time. As your interview stages evolve, make sure to review your stage mapping periodically to ensure all stages are mapped appropriately.
