With this integration, customers can now:

• Order a Verifile background check package tailored to your needs; no need to switch between applications or manually input candidate data. CVs can be automatically transferred to Verifile when required too.
• Track progress in real time; enabling you to keep hiring timelines on track with ease.
• Cancel packages; if your candidate withdraws or fails early background check results, you can cancel the check at any time.
• Results and the Verifile report easily accessed within Ashby; accelerating decision making and keeping all essential candidate information in one place for easy reference and collaboration across hiring teams.

Enable the Verifile integration

Step 1:

Contact Verifile Client Services to request a Verifile API key.

Step 2:

In the Ashby platform, navigate to the “Admin” tab. Select “Integrations” and search for Verifile. Click on the Verifile tile and click on “Enable Verifile”.

Step 3:

Select the Ashby stage at which you want to order the background check. This is typically “Automatically add to offer stage”. If your workflow means that you order background checks at a different stage, then select the appropriate option for you.
