Introduction

View Only users have the ability to:

Access any existing report or dashboard in relation to the Global, Team, and Job Access Roles they have been given
Configure their home page for easy access to any report or dashboard
Export dashboards as PDFs
Export data from individual reports
Receive notifications via Alerts
Receive scheduled dashboard deliveries via Scheduled Dashboards
Use dashboard filters to adjust reporting results as needed
View Jobs list, Job Profile, and default Job Dashboard
