🔎 Access and Functionality

View Only users have the ability to:

• Access any existing report or dashboard in relation to the Global, Team, and Job Access Roles they have been given
• Configure their home page for easy access to any report or dashboard
• Export dashboards as PDFs
• Export data from individual reports
• Receive notifications via ‣
• Receive scheduled dashboard deliveries via Scheduled Dashboards
• Use dashboard filters to adjust reporting results as needed
• View Jobs list, Job Profile, and default Job Dashboard
