Gem API Migration

<aside> 💡 Please note that not all of Gem’s plans come with API access. If your account does not have API access, please see the CSV Import option below.

Create the API key

• Create an API key in Gem (Gem’s API guide can be found here for more information).
• Add your Gem API key here.

Let your Customer Success Manager know once you’ve added your API key so they can kick off the migration and we can import your data!

What is imported with the API migration?

The following Gem data will be imported:

• Candidates
  • Name
  • Contact Info (Phone/Email/Social Links)
  • Added By
  • Last Company
  • Last School
  • Gem Custom Fileds
• Candidate Notes
• Talent Projects including their candidates
• Candidate Follow-Ups

We do not import the following:

• Campaign (Sequence) data
  • Most recent message date
  • Which campaigns candidates received
  • Replies/responses
• Campaign Templates
