When you add a Schedule Interview process to your interview plan, you'll automatically be prompted to schedule a candidate once they enter a stage . Schedule templates are where you add the details for each structured interview including detailed interviewer instructions, feedback forms, standardized candidate communication. To create a schedule template, navigate to the job settings page for a job you want to configure, then click on Interview Plans. Click + Activity, then Schedule Interview.
