In this step, you will learn how to set up job board connections. Currently, Ashby supports automatically posting free limited listings to LinkedIn, Indeed/Glassdoor, and Google Jobs. In this article, you’ll configure the job boards you’d like to integrate with. Please note, jobs are picked up by Google Jobs automatically, and this integration can’t be disabled at this time.
For paid LinkedIn listings and other job boards, you can create custom tracking links that can be manually added when creating postings.

To automatically post your jobs as LinkedIn Limited Listings, you'll need to add your [LinkedIn Company ID](https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/answer/a415420/associate-your-linkedin-company-id-with-the-linkedin-job-board-faqs?lang=en#article-content-collapsible-card__body:~:text=The LinkedIn Company ID is a,that is unique to your company.) to the Job Boards settings page. Navigate to the Integrations Marketplace, then click on the LinkedIn app and select + Enable LinkedIn and **add the LinkedIn Company ID.
Your job will show up on LinkedIn and be connected to your company's LinkedIn page within two business days. Any updates you make to the job posting will be reflected on LinkedIn within 24 hours. Please note, if a job is already posted, LinkedIn won't accept it from Ashby as it'll be seen as a duplication.
LinkedIn requires a physical location in the Location Details to post a job, even if it's remote so be sure to set one up before attempting to post a job. When setting up a location, if certain location information is missing, we will highlight that this can impact whether a job is listed on the external job board or not.
As a default, your jobs will automatically be posted to Indeed. If you’d like to disable this option, visit this page and turn both toggles to the off position.
The Indeed integration supports two options:
Easy Apply allows candidates to complete their applications directly from Indeed. When this is disabled, they’ll be redirected to your Ashby job board to fill out an application.
Your jobs will show up on Indeed within two business days. Any updates you make to the jobs within Ashby will be reflected in the same amount of time.
