Section overview:
There are three preferred options for integrating your Ashby Job Board with LinkedIn: either automatically post your jobs as Basic Jobs on LinkedIn, use the Automated Job Posting option, or use LinkedIn’s Job Slots option if Job Wrapping is available for you in LinkedIn.
LinkedIn Basic Jobs, formerly known as Limited Listings, are picked up from your Ashby Job Board automatically. These jobs are visible to candidates actively conducting job searches on LinkedIn or viewing a company’s LinkedIn Page.
To enable automatically posting Basic Jobs, head to the LinkedIn integration panel in Admin > Integrations > Integrations. You will need to be an Organization Admin to access the Integrations Marketplace.
Click Enable LinkedIn within the integration panel. Then add your LinkedIn Company ID and confirm your source.
You can find the Company ID in the URL of the search results page when you click on See all jobs on your LinkedIn Page.
If you are yet to post jobs to LinkedIn, you can find your Company ID by viewing all people in the company and extracting the currentCompany
from the URL. The Company ID is a numeric value and is usually 6 to 9 digits long. For more information on finding your Company ID, check out LinkedIn’s guide here.
Please note: It can take up to 2 business days for your roles to be posted to LinkedIn.

How do I set up automated job postings?
In the Job Source URL field, add your URL as: https://app.ashbyhq.com/api/xml-feed/job-postings/organization/[your ashby slug].
Your Ashby slug is the value added in the first field in the Identity section of the Theme page in Admin.
Then fill out the remaining fields, such as your designated job poster and company page on LinkedIn.
