Template Reports
We recommend you explore Quality of Hire reporting by starting with the template reports to help familiarize yourself with the available data. These templates can be found in the Template Library under Reports. Scroll to the Quality of Hire section.

All quality of hire template reports analyze the numerical 1-5 value from the Quality of Hire Rating survey question.
To see the individual values submitted, you can use any of the Score Composition templates. If you would like to see averages, select any of the Average template reports.
We have the following template reports:
- Quality of Hire Score Composition by Tenure: this report looks at Quality of Hire submissions from every individual step and counts the total submissions by their 1-5 value, grouped by the tenure of the employee in months at the time of submissions. The default is to select submissions made over the last 12 months.

- Average Quality of Hire Score by Tenure: this report looks at Quality of Hire submissions from every individual step and forms an average, the tenure of the employee in months at the time of submissions.

- Quality of Hire Score Composition Over Time: this report forms a time series and counts the number of survey submissions in each month, grouped by the individual score value. This shows the overall composition of Quality of Hire submissions over time. In the case of multiple Quality of Hire submissions existing for a given time group (e.g. month), the latest submission within that period is used per employee.

- Average Quality of Hire Composition over Time: this report forms a time series of the average Quality of hire submission per time group. By default, it looks at the last 12 months by month.

- Current Quality of Hire Score Composition: this report presents the most recent quality of hire assessment value per employee and groups the results by the score value. This forms a quality distribution (1 through 5) across your employee base. By default, this report looks only at enrollments that started in the last 12 months.

- Average Current Quality of Hire: this report presents the average current quality of hire score across your employee base. If an employee had a historically low or high score, that will not be accounted for in this report: only the most recent assessment of each employee is considered.

- Quality of Hire by Start Date Cohort: this report presents a time series of the current quality of hire scores per employee, as grouped by your employee start date. This will allow seeing how quality of hire has changed over time relative to your employee start dates, in addition to what volume of employees you are sampling.
