Generally, there are three main types of migration we support:
- API migration - this option directly integrates with the Legacy ATS. Once an API Key is input, the migration will complete automatically within 2-3 days. This option is currently only supported for all Greenhouse and some Lever migrations.
- File-based migration - this option requires retrieving exported data from the legacy ATS and providing that information to Ashby to manually import. ****This option is currently supported for a limited number of migrations.
- Self-serve via Bulk Import - this option is accomplished using the bulk import feature. It only supports importing candidate data in a CSV file which generally means it is not a comprehensive view of the candidates' lifecycle with a team. We can also import folders of resume files in bulk. This option is supported for all migrations.
