Interview Plans: Creating your pipeline

The Interview Plans section of Ashby allows you to set up the stages that candidates will go through when considered for a role. The plan is split into three sections;

  1. Lead stages: The stages used to gauge a sourced candidates interest.
  2. Active stages: The application review and interview stages the candidate will go through prior to being archived (rejected) or receiving an offer.
  3. Completed: The result of the candidate’s application; either Archived or Hired.

You’ll be asked to specify the interview plan you’d like to use when creating a job (more on this at Open your first job .

Interviews: Adding a briefing and assigning a feedback form.

Interviews allow you to provide:

1: Instructions Information added in this tab will show as a briefing to your interviewers when they are on a panel.

2: Feedback Form Assign the form that interviewers should add their feedback to post-interview.

You can select your interview type when scheduling within each stage of your interview plan. You can select your interview type either when scheduling a one-off interview on a candidate’s profile, or when setting up schedule interview activities to automate your scheduling process.

When the interview is scheduled, interviewers will be able to click on the interview on their home page to view the briefing and feedback form within the interview details.
