Jobs and Job Postings - what is the difference?

A job is separate from a job posting. **Creating a job and setting it to ‘Open’ will allow you to add candidates to your pipeline. Creating a job posting for your job will allow you to create a listing that you can publish to your Ashby job board. A job posting isn't required to open a job, but you can add as many job postings to a job as you like. Job postings are hosted on your organization's Ashby job board and can be configured to automatically post to LinkedIn.

Walkthrough This video will briefly cover all aspects of creating a job and adding a job posting.
